Return policy

Items purchased from Exposure Systems can be returned within 30 days of receipt in most cases. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store. If you wish to return a product it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from their packaging, unless the packaging is sealed.

If you choose to return products, we ask that you notify us in advance by completing the return form on our website or by using the return form below. You can also notify us by sending an email to: info@exposure-systems.com. Please note that you must return products within 14 days after you have informed us.

Processing of your return

Once we have received your return shipment, we will proceed to evaluate the returned items and process your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 5 days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are for our account.

Articles that cannot be returned

The following types of items cannot be returned:

• Products that are made to measure according to the specifications of the buyer, such as: aluminium frame(s) other than the standard formats offered, accompanying print(s) that have been cut to the desired format and visual material that has been uploaded by the clients themselves in accordance with the specifications.
